IACS implements new Board structure

… to improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, and more accurately reflect our current mission.

The Board of Directors and Board of Accreditation have merged into one group that will now function as the sole Board of IACS. Other substantive changes include:

• Clarifying eligibility to serve on the Board
• Clarifying the typical progression of Board leadership
• Identifying that retired directors may contribute as volunteers and Board members

These well-thought-out changes will allow us to remain nimble in a rapidly changing landscape.
