*Includes processing and field visitation expenses (some exceptions may apply). New Applicant Counseling Services pay the Annual Accreditation Fee upon Final Board approval as either a fully or provisionally accredited counseling center.
IACS ACCREDITED COUNSELING SERVICES
ANNUAL ACCREDITATION FEE $800.00
RE-EVALUATION APPLICATION FEE $150.00
FIELD VISIT FEE  $500.00 per visitor**
 (Note: $750.00 as of 4-1-07)
**The number of visitors required to review a center will be determined as follows:
1 visitor for less than 7 FTE staff members***
2 visitors for 7 or more FTE staff members

*** The definition of an FTE staff member adopted by the IACS Board of Directors is one full time
      clinical/administrative position, excluding clerical and trainee staff
